How can I monitor the progress of my order?

We maintain complete transparency. At key operational milestones (order dispatch, arrival at regional sorting centers, and local distribution), an automated status update containing your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

What happens if my order is delayed beyond the standard timeframe?

If your consignment does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at pet@petfeedingmats.com. We will immediately initiate an inquiry with the carrier. Based on the findings, we will arrange either a complete refund or a complimentary replacement shipment.

What is your return policy for European customers?

In accordance with European Union consumer regulations, customers residing within the EU possess a statutory Right of Withdrawal. You may cancel your contract and request a return without justification within 14 days from the date you, or a designated third party, physically receive the items. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or faulty?

Customers across Europe and the United States are fully protected under the following resolution protocol:

  2. Evidence: Provide clear photographic documentation illustrating the damaged or faulty item.
  3. Resolution: Upon verification, we will process a full refund or dispatch a new product. You are not required to physically return the damaged item.
